SLOTTED MANDREL FOR EMERY CLOTH

The Slotted Mandrel is 1/4" X 4" shank for use with the Emery Cloth, strips of Cotton,etc. You can make your own style flap wheels by making strips of Emery Cloth (what ever length) and inserting multiple layers into the Slotted Mandrel. Take strips of cotton inserted into the Slotted Mandrel to use with polishing compounds for a high luster. Built from tool grade steel, ground and polished to size for precision shank size, (using over or undersized shanks can cause damage to collets). Tapered on the end to avoid digging into work.
